Senator(s) Merrifield--Submitting to the registered
electors of the state of Colorado an amendment to the
Colorado constitution concerning an increase in the
statewide minimum wage, and, in connection therewith,
raising the minimum wage to $9.50 on January 1, 2017,
$10.50 on January 1, 2018, $11.50 on January 1, 2019,
and $12.50 on January 1, 2020.
