for terms expiring July 1, 2018:
Mary Pat Graham-Kelly of Lakewood, Colorado, to serve as a member who is deaf,
reappointed;
Kirk B. Neuroth of Denver, Colorado, to serve as a member who is an interpreter for the
deaf and hard of hearing, reappointed.

effective July 1, 2014, for a term expiring July 1, 2017:
Elizabeth Dina Aybar Conti of Denver, Colorado, a Democrat who has experience as a
