authority of the state licensing authority to establish equivalencies for retail marijuana
products, and, in connection therewith, making an appropriation.
HB14-1367 by Representative(s) Tyler; also Senator(s) Brophy--Concerning the exemption of autocycles
from regulation as motorcycles, and, in connection therewith, defining autocycle, exempting
autocycles from motorcycle statutes, requiring autocycles be issued license plates similar to
motorcycle license plates, and making an appropriation.
