professional education program that is approved by a state professional licensing board from
regulation by the division of private occupational schools in the department of higher education.
HB14-1271 by Representative(s) Melton; also Senator(s) Newell--Concerning extending a mental health
provider's duty to warn to include specific entities that, if purposefully damaged or attacked as a
result of a mental health patient's violent behavior, would jeopardize public health and safety.
HB14-1186 by Representative(s) Schafer; also Senator(s) Aguilar--Concerning the release of medical
records to a person other than the patient, and, in connection therewith, setting reasonable fees to
be paid for the release of the medical records.
