Juan drainage basin and as a Democrat, reappointed;
Travis L. Smith of Del Norte, Colorado, to serve as a representative from the Rio Grande
drainage basin and as a Republican, reappointed;
Alan C. Hamel of Pueblo, Colorado, to serve as a representative from the Arkansas
drainage basin and as a Republican, reappointed.
