Authorizes the deposit of all or any portion of bond assessments paid by employers for principal of the bonds into the unemployment compensation fund prior to being transferred to the Colorado housing and finance authority. This allows these payments to count toward improving the experience rating of employers. Authorizes the assessment of interest and other bond costs through the employment support fund and requires the transfer of these assessments to the Colorado housing and finance authority for the payment of interest and other costs associated with the bonds.
